• Property management services

Full service scope and fees will be agreed in writing before instruction.

2. Fees

All fees are disclosed in advance and confirmed in writing. VAT is charged where applicable.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain legal compliance (e.g. safety certificates)
• Notify us of material changes

4. Client Money Protection

We are a member of Client Money Protect.

5. Deposit Protection

Tenant deposits are protected with:

• myDeposits
• Deposit Protection Service

6. Anti-Money Laundering

We comply with UK AML regulations and may require proof of identity and source of funds.

7. Termination

Termination terms will be confirmed in the written agreement.
