Thank you for being such amazing estate agents! I’ve heard horror stories about renting gone wrong, so I’m thankful that wasn’t my experience.

Thank you for an opportunity to express my happy, and many years of tenancy with Buckingham Properties.

I was acquainted with Property Estate Manager, Kathy Brown way back in early 2008! And I must say, I have for all those years been happily supported by her, and a professional network of property maintenance staff. I fell in love with the ST John’s Wood area for many reasons, one of which was the safety record of the area, and it’s affluent nature – very conducive for bringing up young children. I would highly recommend anyone prospecting the various Estate Agents in ST John’s Wood to give Buckingham Properties their first port of call. From a Tenant’s perspective, I have not only found Kathy’s services to be extremely professional, but she is also very personable, which adds both a very reassuring, and complimentary touch to the way she runs her business.

I found have Kathy to be both a great, and caring ambassador to Buckingham Properties; whenever there has  been an issue with my rented accommodation, Kathy has always put my needs as her Tenant first, in making swift and efficient arrangements to fix the problem – regardless of the day of the week, as well as night and/or day. For this reason alone, and with too many others to mention, I shall always hold both Property Estate Manager Kathy Brown, and her organisation known as Buckingham Properties in very high regard

I had a lovely time during the 2+ years I stayed in one of Buckingham Properties’ managed places. They maintained the perfect balance between respecting tenants’ autonomy and being readily available when needed. Their communication was always clear, transparent, and polite.

As a tenant, I could trust in their management completely. I also appreciated how they valued the landlord’s priorities and ensured that the property was well-maintained during my stay.

Writing a positive review for a lettings agent, coming from me as a tenant, is virtually unheard of, but Buckingham Properties do deserve it.
I rented a flat where they were the lettings agent, and it was a fully positive experience throughout my multi-year stay. Speedy, pragmatic and respectful communication, alongside prompt resolution to any maintenance issues made all of the typical tenant pain points (expensive London housing market non-withstanding) pretty much non-existent.
If looking for another rental in the future and see it’s managed by this team I’d see that as a significant plus!

We shall miss the flat very much and are genuinely very grateful to have been so well looked after in our time there!

It’s sad to hear you’re retiring, but I am also very happy for you as you will have more time for yourself and to pursue all the things you never had the time for whilst working. In all these years, I have never known anyone run a property management company to the professional level you do, and the fact that I am still here after 15 years is testament to your organisation skills and fairness. I hope Nick and Gemma will continue to persevere in the same vain and I have every confidence that they will keep the bar set high.
