It’s sad to hear you’re retiring, but I am also very happy for you as you will have more time for yourself and to pursue all the things you never had the time for whilst working. In all these years, I have never known anyone run a property management company to the professional level you do, and the fact that I am still here after 15 years is testament to your organisation skills and fairness. I hope Nick and Gemma will continue to persevere in the same vain and I have every confidence that they will keep the bar set high.

I am just so shocked by the news of your retirement today! It was saddening to me personally, for as you have rightly alluded to in your email, we have known each other for many years!
