It’s sad to hear you’re retiring, but I am also very happy for you as you will have more time for yourself and to pursue all the things you never had the time for whilst working. In all these years, I have never known anyone run a property management company to the professional level you do, and the fact that I am still here after 15 years is testament to your organisation skills and fairness. I hope Nick and Gemma will continue to persevere in the same vain and I have every confidence that they will keep the bar set high.
All my fondest best wishes
Thank you for letting me know- I wish you the very best in your retirement.
Thank you for everything you have done for me since I became a tenant – you have always made me feel looked after.
Keep safe and well.
I am just so shocked by the news of your retirement today! It was saddening to me personally, for as you have rightly alluded to in your email, we have known each other for many years!
I am genuinely lost for words other than to say I have overwhelming amounts of appreciation to convey for both your longtime friendship, and outstandingly loyal service.
I wish you many more happy and healthy years in your retirement. I also must concur that Gemma has maintained an outstanding level of service, and I warmly welcome your son, Nick in his capacity as co-partner at the helm of a company that you have crafted with such high standards of both customer service, and efficiency over so many years.
Thank you Kathy. Take Good Care. 🙂
With very best wishes.
